$OFFSIDE is a half-ape half-goat referee here to call offside on the world's craziest moments while driving a moon-bound mission.
Devs used their status as a DAO member to access the token with the same opportunity as everyone else.
30% of the tokens are to be distributed amongst the BAFC DAO members that voted on the idea

It all started with a vote from the BAFC DAO to create a meme token. Then ideas were put forward by members before the winning idea was chosen. A real community driven token!
Tokenomics
Our Mission
- 1 Billion tokens will be created
- All ~30% of the dev allowance will go to the BAFC DAO
- 70% will be kept by First Ledger (not in BAFC control) and feed into the liquidity pool
- Each voting member of the process gets an equal share of the 30% DAO allocation
- Winning name was put forward by two separate people and so they share the extra token share
- 43 valid votes and 2 extra shares for giveaways to be held by Bored Ape FC Team rounding to 45 shares of the 30%
